• The vision, mission, Goal and Core value of the Servant hood ministry with communities in Addis Ababa, across Ethiopia, and worldwide.
• Building partnerships
with churches, Para churches, and faith-based organizations that share the same calling.
• Developing strategic frameworks
• Developing strategic frameworks and leadership structures at the head office in Addis Ababa
• Establishing ministries departments
• Establishing ministries departments and assigning full timers and dedicated volunteers to each area
• Equipping offices with necessary furniture and tools
