The ministry operates with a clear and effective leadership and operational structure:
- General Assembly – The ministry’s top decision-making body responsible for vision, policies, and strategic decisions.
- Ministerial Board – Oversees the implementation of decisions and provides guidance for ministry operations.
- General Manager – Supervises all ministry activities and ensures effective execution of programs.
- Staffs – Full-time employees who manage daily operations and ministry programs.
- Volunteers – Individuals who serve without remuneration, contributing skills and time.
- Regional Mission Centers – Centers established in key locations to facilitate ministry outreach, training, and operations efficiently.

Achievements and Testimonies Since Established
God has blessed Servant Hood Ministry with significant spiritual and practical impact:
• Formed fellowships and supported local churches, including contributions to church buildings
2• Trained over 60 pastors in pastoral and leadership skills.
3• Supported evangelists’ theological education, enabling them to graduate and serve effectively
4• Honored 17 faithful fathers of the faith who exemplified Christian life and planted numerous churches in Northern Ethiopia.
5• Organized two large conferences in Addis Ababa, attended by over 700 evangelical members, to strengthen collaboration and training among church leaders.
6• As a new ways reformed, we are successfully organized the ministry for future expansion, preparing for the next great harvest
